I swear by these in the summer:

I pair these with a polo shirt and everyone at work is happy with my professional appearance and it's about as cool as you can get.

Polyester Suit pants.

Professional, thin, and affordable.

In case you have never seen them before:

Depends on where you are working
The mayor made a big show last year about posing in very casual clothes for summer wear because they were trying to save energy on the AC by setting the temperature to something like 57C, because that's just cool enough for Koreans.

Emart often sells Polo T's that are very thin and draw moisture away from your body for the summer.
They also sell very thin dress pants, khaki color or something else.

If you work with much younger kids, like kindergarten, You can probably get away with shorts, but I'd go with a more cleaner professional style than low hanging skater ones.
If you dig around there are actually some very professional styles out there with shorts.

Go to your local men's clothing store or market stall.

Tell them you want "summer pants".

They should have some very light polyester pants that look like dress pants,

but are as thin as cheese cloth.

Get them baggy and wear a belt. It's as cool as shorts, but no one will be

gawking at your hairy legs.
