I'm sorry, guys, but the image of a white guy sitting on the dole or collecting UI in Korea.... well, there's the loser stereotype... and then there's the loser stereotype.

It is possible for a foreigner to collect unemployment benefit, but only for a maximum period of 3 months and at 50% of gross wage.

Conditions:
1. Paid into the program
2. Fired (confirmation from employer)
3. Looking for new job (proof)
