I missed the one this Saturday, had to move apartments and all.

I want to point out, while I am by no means above whipping up some pulled pork in the crockpot in a pinch, Linus does about the most proper smoking possible in Seoul, so if getting that smoky flavor in pulled pork is what you're after, it's worth giving him a shot.

I tried to make some pulled pork in a crock pot back in the US a few years ago... but, though I'm a pretty good cook, I think I cooked it too long and it tasted funky so I had to throw it out. This guy's stuff was good... but it was just too small. And there was no brisket left when I got there so I was kind of disappointed. Haven't tasted decent coleslaw in a while though, so that was nice. Meager portions, I'd consider ordering two for yourself if you attend one of these in the future.

He probably ought to work out something with the hosting business where they toss a few fries in on the deal to flesh it out a bit. I treated it more as a snack when I went and left satisfied enough, but I don't have a tremendous appetite.

Yeah, you can't really blame the guy. I saw on his facebook page that it was the biggest turn out he's had here and he's just one man, operating a very specific BBQ ninja pop up operation. To be honest, I might go back just to see the girl who was serving the plates to people, ugh...
