My school hasn't outright said "If you're not here by our deadline, we'll have to terminate the offer" which I suppose is good. Rather, they've said "We want you here by [date omitted] at the latest."
Will I know if they're leaning towards rescinding the offer ahead of time (get a warning or something), or will it just be a "nice" surprise? |
Tell the school to make phone calls to the Korean consulate in order to expedite the visa issuance number process.
Also, perhaps you should ask what will happen if the visa issuance process takes you beyond the supposed deadline. I wonder if they'll reply with 'you'll face grave consequences'^^
Sorry, I just love the rhetoric between the two Koreans - sea of fire, grave consequences - ^^

Ha ha "grave consequences" makes me think I'm gonna get whacked or something.
I asked that question exactly: "what will happen if the visa process takes me beyond the supposed deadline." The answer I was given was a vague: "don't you worry, these things will work themselves out." What .... |
That's what debt collectors usually say - curious^^ |
