So it's official-- from October 12th- taxi fares will increase by 25%
3,000 for basic fare..
Drivers may be fined 200,000 for refusing service..
Also extra fees for traveling to different provinces..
All in all-- reasonable enough I suppose. |

i assume you're being facetious with this comment. you obviously have never lived in nyc or you'd know the meter gets sky high quicker than you can say union square.
having taken taxis in countless cities around the world i can assure you that from my experience korea pretty much sets the bar for cheapest taxis for the standard of comfort and quality they provide. |
