Yes, but they would need to lay some fresh tarmac given the current state of Seoul's roads.
I would like to see it just to stop all the illegal parking at the side of roads.
Is it feasible though given the amount of central islands for buses?
Anyone, with good ideas where a Seoul street circuit could be feasibly set up? |

If you can find any stretch of road where koreans do not suddenly walk out into the path of traffic or otherwise casually obstruct those behind them, then go for it. |

When I think about it, they did have a mini-street course in Seoul as an exhibition before their first Korean F1.
