Okay, took a look and you're right. The holiday rules are in the Labour Standards Act, and you can't contract out of the basic LSA provisions.

i remember going through this 6 months or so ago..

i forgot the rest but i remembered that fact... the piece of paper is only there as backup when you run out of TP Laughing

I don't think mine's even good for that. My boss would probably charge me for "contract replacement" costs. Laughing
