That works in Seoul or Pusan. A city like Taejon, it's not so easy to use the subway to get around. When I took a cab in Taejon the driver took me to the farthest store with a particular name that he could think of, unless of course that's the only store he knew.
If you're getting passed by, by taxi drivers, it must be a taxi driver market at the time of the day you're taking the taxi. They must be driving high on the hog, 'Oh I don't want this one, there's a better one down the road'  |
