Just call 112
give them your name, address, and ID number let them know what sport you want to bet on and how much you're willing to wager. They'll be in touch.

I'd say it is illegal to bet, at least as a Korean citizen. It's definitely illegal to run your own site.

last i heard they stopped taking wagers over the phone and now only run poker freerolls
