Yep...abnormal because the voters elect idiots who makes these laws....

On the other hand....we all know that when some get to drinking...they start acting like...like....real idiots...and then cause problems, etc...and that's inside the taverns, bars, homes, etc...can you imagine the amount of nonsense that would go on if drinking was allowed in parks, streets, etc...
