It's not a governmental rule; it's unis' scheme to pay less.
Not every uni has term limits. But most do (same deal with Japan) because they want to avoid paying into the uni pension plan (which kicks in, and in incrementally greater amounts, after a few years), etc. |
This 1's a "national" uni, so interested in how they deal with that. Bet you that you MUST accept a payout from the pension office, before they let your poor puss start again at ground ZERO at their "wonderful" uni in year 4. Ney?
No raises, no nothing likely, too. Yep. Getting to be pretty std at most places these days. IS Geno half-right, or ALLright?
p.s. That 3-month thing "may" be for those individuals who are in the process of completing their degree. Who knows? But, yeah, I ain't letting them keep any oh ma shit! H3ll no!!! |
