Actually, I think the prohibition on waitressing and bar tending is to try to prevent sex worker trafficking. So I believe there is a point to that one.

Aren't Koreans are also worried about sex crimes being committed by unlicensed foreign tutors?
So I believe there is a point to that one, too.

Also ridiculous is a matter of debate, just like laws.
