How about we have our own beer festival? Every person brings a six pack and throws them in a cooler. I know the perfect place to have it. Very Happy

Chiaa, if you were to start a Sunday afternoon beer-and-book club, I'd be in -- as long as we wouldn't have to read any bloody Ernest Hemingway.

Spakles, you can read whatever you want. Since I am part of the petit bourgeois I like to stick to choose your own adventure books. Rolling Eyes

The really cool thing is that a woman across the street owns a little hof and she delivers to use ice cold drafts. Very Happy

Just a note for you Seoulites....I am sure you have yours up there too because seoul usually gets everything before Daegu...but we have a couple of fine brewpubs down here (arianna hotel and new youngnam hotel and soon to be one near Keimyung University) Serving brewed-on-premises suds. I even heard arianna has pretty good live music. Worth the trip? Perhaps:)
