| Koreans tend to walk you back to the place you're leaving from... be it the elevator, subway station, or the bus stop. I think it's a nice courtesy to do for someone. But maybe they're eager to see me off and making damn sure I'm leaving for good! Naw prolly not... |

I pass things with the right hand.
I suck my teeth.
I show respect to elders.
I squat if I have to wait a long time at the bus stop or elsewhere.
I can't write names in red pen.
I slurp my food.
I don't say goodbye when concluding a phone conversation. |

I just thought I'd point out that Koreans do say goodbye in a way. They say 귾�� (sp??). Sure, that literally translates as "I'm hanging up now," but it's meant as a courtesy. |

the koreans i know usually just say "ne" and then...its *click* |

I know. I talked and talked about it with my Korean friends. I said I could not accept it. And then I found myself doing it!  |
