| This an interesting question. I see a lot of foreigners hide themsevles away, all most to the point where they don't really have any problems. It also seems a lot of married to Korean foreigners use their spouse as a block against the tide. Nothing wrong with that, either. I personally don't like these methods. I have been exercising a lot over that last year and that helps. Eating right. That helps. Getting good sleep that helps. And a few beers every now and then to remove that hardness from the day. That helps. But the most important thing for me is that I don't allow my business to become another Koreans business. Unsolicited help drives me nuts. Nothing worse than somebody trying to take away what you are doing from you, only to do it his (always a man) way. "Leave me alone, I am not some public good for you to enjoy, even if you think you are helping me. " So avoiding these situations is the biggest stress reduction I can think of. Koreans really seem to lack the nu-chi when seeing if another person accepts help or doesn't care for it. |

| i love it here. go home only to sleep typically. easy, low stress job. got lots of cash flow, people are nice, ladies, food, drink, merriment. chilling right now with a latte and enjoying some free wireless internet. yesterday watched UT-Florida football. reality seems ok here. |

Just wanted to let the person so high on porn know that he could do much better than SK in this field as there are the rather funny laws that prohibit the showing of genitals and penetration on the sex films made in the "land of the morning calm."
To the person lucky enough to watch live College gridiron from back home, I would like to point out that the majority of Korean cities and towns do not get the AFKN broadcasts that you use as a means of escape so i've even been put in a position where I planned my weekend on heading away from home to an area where I could watch the live sports broadcasts on Uncle's Sam's Network. |

Go outside. Go hiking. Meet old Korean people.
More interesting than whities around Itaewon. |
