Good stuff for fall weather (I'm not in Korea right now so don't know how the trees are currently doing)

Namhansanseong for a walk around the walls.

Samcheong-dong (see earlier post on cheap stuff to do) plus add a walk through the residential streets on the hill to see some of the last standing resident occupied traditional houses (many renovated beautifully) in Seoul.

Namsan Park, the real thing, plus the road that runs from the Hyatt to the Hilton, then lunch at the Terrace (Hyatt). Actually, not as expensive as you might think.

Chuncheon, 2 hours from Seoul by bus/train.

I think that Chagal exhibit is still on downtown (I see comercials for it on TV) if she's into art. If she likes live fighting and drag-queens, take her to Gimme-Fives at COEX.

Top Cloud in the Milennium Building. Good for drinks and apparently dining. Quite expensive, but provides an excellent view of Seoul at night.

I ate at Top Cloud last week and didn't enjoy it as much the second time.

The main courses are about 30-40,000 not including vegetables and you don't get big portions for your money. If you go when it's too busy you won't get a seat by the window, which is stupid since you paid for the view, and if the proper restaurant area is full you sit on the same side as the bar, and have to listen to the band playing dodgy cover versions of "Killing Me Softly".

Having said that it's still a very classy place, the food is delicious, and if you get a good table, the view is spectacular.

Coex aquarium.

I took my mom there and we both really enjoyed it. Then you can do some shopping if you want to or maybe catch a flick. For lunch there is the TGIF and a few other restuarants to choose from.

Easy, simple and enjoyable.
