In my opinion, Korea is a high stress society largely because of the noise pollution. Luckily for me, I live in what may be the only kid-free apartment in the country. Children are not allowed.  Neither are the vegetable trucks. It is so quiet that I can hear crickets in the summer. Am I gloating? You bet! ( I deserve to gloat after living for two years between two apartments of dal-lun-joo-jahm girls who came home at 3am with different 'boyfriends' every night.) |
