Well Tiger Beer...
Japan is more comfortable, Korea is (seems?) more challenging.
Japanese are easier to get on with, but Koreans are more authentic. Very warm people is my impression. They like to touch. Big no-no in Nippon.
Foreigners in Japan are more open, foreigners in Korea are (seem?) more "clique-y".
The food's better here. Saving money's a breeze. Women are friendlier (though J-girls are waay hotter). I get eye contact and smiles on the train here every day. In Japan, J-girls are always on guard for train perverts (google "chikan"). Dunno about k-chicks in bars, 'cause I don't go to bars.
Life was comfortable over there for me. Here, I'm still struggling to adjust.
