* bump for the best damned restaurant chain in Korea bar none *

Went AGAIN last night for the Korea-Maldives football match ... there were 5 of us, and again we waited for about 30 minutes to get in. Place was packed to the rafters.

New addition to the menu ... BulDalk plate with veggies and cheese sauce (? Shocked?)

Stuck with the old standbys squid and skewers. Wasn't disappointed.

I've now been 3 out of the last 6 nights.

I think I'm seriously addicted.

I don't understand the infatuation with spicy foods....too hot, can't enjoy it, too busy looking for water and things to wipe my nose and eyes with....ummm WHY???

There is no need for it! A little spice, okay, fine...but come on...why??

You know what I miss most about korea? the food.

You know why I miss it? Because of that spicey food.

I really miss kimchi chigae, dakgalbi (not really spicey), kamjatang, pretty much anything with chili paste involved.

Don't miss any of that soybean paste based crap though.

And yes, water doesn't help whatsoever. Alcohol does. Drink beer with spicey food if you can't stand soju. Yogurt and the rice porridge are two other ways to help out your mouth.
