| Too lazy to read everything on here. But... look, it's simple. You just inform them when you order of what can't go in, keeping in mind the meat that a Korean might put in it. Instead of saying "no meat in that kimbap" you have to say "no ham" and if you don't like odeng (fish and flour), then "no odeng" and no crab, then "no geuraemi" or whatever. I find that that works very well, and I've been eating veggie here since 96. I think if you are ordering something like veggie mandu and don't expect meat in it, you are being silly. You need to ask "is there any meat or ham or --- in it". End of story. |
