kazaa they are based out of vanuatu island so good luck to them trying to get them shut down!
in korea I doubt they can arrest anyone for downloading...

hahahahah can you imagine how many koreans download.. there is no way the governments of the world can stop this.. they dont have the resources, the man power, the money .. they might bust a few guys to try and make statements.. but it aint gonna stop this..

| right now i'm downloading the amazing race at a rate i haven't seen in weeks (150+ Kib/s). Meanwhile desperate housewives is downloading at 10 kib/s, WOO HOO. Sadly that's fairly normal for me these days. |
