Try EXERCISE. Once again, thats EXERCISE. Its a new concept where you do an activity that raises your heart rate and keeps it elevated for some time. The more you go at it, the more calories you burn, the more weight you lose! Aint that grand? And all of it without some nasty side effects like heart defects and sudden death! What a grand concept eh?

Exercise comes in all kinds of forms. You can run, you can swim, you can ride a bike, play soccer or basketball. Instead of popping pills like a junkie, you can be out having fun. Unless getting off the couch is too much hassle for ya, then I guess you need the drugs.

yes indeed exercise is an excellent way to lose wieght.
but i am asking about diet pills
dont be so arrogant i excercise for 10 sessions a week

keep at it then. Why do you need to lose weight so quickly? Its just totally unhealthy.

heh, good diet, with the addition of a well organised and tailored (quality not quantity) exercise program should get the weight off the best if you actually want to keep it off. It really depends why you are losing weight really, ECA stacks are usually better than any one of them on its own if you can find them..... Give me more info about what you want to do and I can probably help you as I am a hardened dieter (took off 20kg of fat in 6 months) and weight cutter (best in Korea was making 85kg from 94 in 3 days Mad ).

Do tell how, please.

Unless it involves surgery.

Nope, I fasted off about 6kg by just by eating only small amounts of protein for the first two days and doing gentle cardio (out of breath but not so as you cannot talk) this burnt a bit of fat but mostly totally depleted my glycogen (and emptied my stomach), during this period I was POUNDING the water, try to take in about 2 gallons a day
Then 24 hours before the weigh in I totally cut out the water and the food. I trained gently for a few hours as I was closer than I had initially thought (I'd naturally come down to about 88kg). If you are really desperate, especially if unlike me the weigh-in is the day before, you can take off more by using a sauna and sweats (and for the hardcore you can use Ebolene, a make up remover to open up the pores of the skin).
By bedtime I was at weight and when I woke up I was a little under so I could eat a tiny bit of rice bread and then weighed in stepped off the scales and put away 2 litres of electrolyte solution and had a big munch, more fluids went in and inside 2 hours I was back at 90 kilos and was able to wrestle.
That said the cut was too big for me, mainly as I was out of shape (3 days notice and my opponents are full time pro atheletes), and I felt dead and lost my two fights on points Sad. I could easily have gone lower if it were purely a weight cutting contest the trick is to cut as much as possible and regain it without affecting your performance.
Please note I DO NOT reccomend this as a programme for long term weight loss, for that I'd suggest exercise and consulting a dietition as everyones lifestyle/ needs are different. I lost my big weight (105kg -> 85kg cutting to 77) and kept it off successfully following Dr Mario Di Pasquales anabolic diet but it is mainly designed for sportspeople and isn't that easy to stick to especially not in Korea.

I don't know how you wrestlers do it! It's no fucking joke with you guys. All that drastic, at-the-last-moment weight 'management' can't be very good for your body in the long run, can it?

I don't mean to sound like someone with high metabolism being patronising to someone with low metabolism, but isn't just going on a diet of korean food enough? Everyone I know who eats mostly Korean food loses weight - couldn't you just try some new low-fat Korean dishes and avoid all the possible side-effects of diet drugs?

i need to lose weight for fighting as the heavywieght cutoff here is 80 kgs and my 'normal' wieght is 95 . i have dieted and exercised hard to get down to 83 but i want something just to push me over the edge you know.
i will no go to the extremes that bunny monster mentioned
i just want some diet pills so i cant get under 80 then just maintain
i will not massively fluctuate my wieght like many fighters do as thats quite unhealthy

Try Ripped Fuel...I used to see in Dongdemoon Market. You'll feel like your eyeballs are trying to escape from your face but the weight will drip off of ya.

If you don't know how to get to Dongdaemun Market go to the post where a guy's asking where to find old LP records. About half way down the second block of stalls there's a stall that sells foreign goods.
It'd be easier, though, to go to Namdemun Market which has a foreign goods section. The stalls are down under the ground. On the surface there's a tourist info kiosk in the middle of the pedestrian market street. You can ask where the foreign goods section is there, and he'll point down the road. The ramp down is across from the ginseng stalls. The selection of health supplements is larger than Dongdaemun's.

You might want to call an airline. I know that when you are coming into Korea by air they (for me this is usually Thai Air) make an announcement about certain drugs that are illegal to bring in. They are not the normal drugs they everyone knows (like heroin for example). I have the feeling they could be diet pills, that are legal elsewhere. That's just a guess on my part. A call to an Airline could get your answer.

Since we're bumping this, allow me to plug my solution: www.bodybuilding.com . This excellent website has EVERYTHING, fairly cheap shipping (considering the prices of buying here-if you buy a couple of months worth, its cheaper), gets to you fast, and has a full write up on each product. I got 2 months of SAN tight, 1 month of SAN Thyrocuts II, 3 months of chromium, and some other things for around 85.000 W, including one week shipping- nice.
