Very tricky visa / contract related question

No links to back up the claim regarding sponsorship, just some very intense discussions with a previous director, who had to pay a considerable sum to a building owner for repairs to an apartment and also over 2 million won in unpaid bills left by a teacher who had done a bunk. The E2 being voided is contentious. There have been many postings over the years regarding doing a runner and obtaining employment again. Same director in deep water because he failed to notify immi regarding a teacher being terminated. Teacher was comming to and fro on his E2 that was with this hogwan and working elsewhere, illegally. Busted, director fined, hiring privileges withdrawn and liable for costs regarding the deportation of the errant teacher. They do have a legal responsibility regarding their sponsorship of their teachers. Smile
