You probably have to be a Party Member to get soju. Otherwise, you'll need to run yer own still and make the stuff from army boot polish or something. |

| Let's also not forgot that several American GIs in the 1960s and 1970s defected to the North as well. Stupidity isn't exclusive to one country. |
