when I was living near Bongwasan station a couple of years ago, I went in one morning and found all of these people lying on the ground with all of these armed soldiers standing around them.

It was one of those "I dont think I should be here" moments until the station employees motioned for me to get on the train. Later my friend told me it was an exercise for a possible gas attack. And they did it fairly often at that station because there's a base nearby or something.

Perhaps they were looking for elephants that might have escaped from the childrens zoo?
