| Whoa, I was not stalking her people! Okay, anyhow she told me she had a boyfriend when I did ask her out on a date. What happened to him? Anyhow, I'll tell you why she can't get a date or whatever she is talking about. She's cute and has a great rack, I'll give her that, but she is way too smart, funny, witty, whatever for her own good. Not a lot of guys want to date some professor chick/comedian. If she would talk less, and be less sarcastic, guys would think she was hotter and not treat her like one of their buddies. Perhaps even offer her a date instead of one night. Someone told me she was discussing U.S. trade policy or something while totally plastered at a bar. That is not sexy! |
So she should talk less, be less smart, less sarcastic ... . until the only thing you see is the "great rack"? YEA, that'll get her the date she wants.
And aside from all those qualities you listed that are so repulsive to you, you still asked her out on a date, which means the only thing you were actually interested in was her "great rack". Yea.. . quality date right there. .. |

Another Sumundur and scorned Sunboy thread? Sunboy has 5 posts to his name and all are in the 2 threads about this issue? Sunboy last posted in Dec, which was in her last thread, and then suddenly turns up within 6 hours after Dogbert references him?

I had completely forgotten his ID. But he certainly readily recognized himself in context.
That was a great thread; I wonder if it's been deleted. |

What's wrong with discussing US trade policy while plastered? I'm far more likely to discuss such a topic after having been drinking. If you don't think that's sexy, then she's just not your type of girl. I'm sure some guys think that could be sexy. My advice is that she should definitely not change the fact that she is smart, funny, witty, etc... you can never be too much of any of those things. Anyone who thinks there is some kind of cap on how funny or smart a person should be is someone who is dealing with inferiority.
Hanging out in bars can be annoying, if you're not looking to be picked up. I find that if a guy is flirting with me and I really don't want him to like me, I just mention the fact that I'm a Republican. Voted for Bush both times. Spent afternoons in high school volunteering at the Republican headquarters. Carry on like that and you are guaranteed to ward off any guy you dont want hanging around you. That's my helpful hint for bars.
But where to meet a genuinely nice guy... ?? Who could know the answer to this? So many ways seem so contrived. I think we all want it to be organic when we meet someone, something that naturally happened because it was supposed to. A bar can be a place for that, but often it is quite the opposite. When I was a little girl, I dreamed of meeting my husband in New York City at a hot dog stand where both of us are asking for extra mustard. I have no suggestions except to be where you would naturally be on the weekends/weekdays and you are bound to meet someone else who naturally is there as well. I'm starting to sound like a cookoo... signing off now... |

| I havent met any in Korea. Most foreigners abroad tend to be very liberal and often very vocal about it. |

hmm....define long term.
the only ones I know of really didn't end up lasting that long. |
Two that started two years ago and haven't ended. (The third I don't know about anymore).
The 4th was some other guy who was involved with a girl for six-nine months and had geographical differences (opposite sides of the world now).. but he seemed to find another poster to start another.. so its still a few from these boards anyways..
Don't know who else is holding out or keeping secrets though!! Maybe there are more.. ?? |
I know of one that ended in a marriage and a kid...
Think that was the most 'controversial' of the lot though |

Talk about politics (conservative or liberal) is blantant evidence of only one of two possibilities:
1) She's just not diggin you
-or-
2) She really digs you
Here is where you apply your best guess method to determine which is the case.
Now, talk about the years she spent as a nun and how she still feels married to JC is something else... |

Or you could just ask her and she'll tell you. But apparently, "Hey Sunboy, let's just be friends." wasn't good enough for the guy... It's always strange when you try to be up front about something and then the guy still thinks there's something to figure out. |
