Spring came and went in about a day and a half in these parts. Two weeks ago, one needed to crank the heat. Today, the short sleeves and the fan came out. It bodes ill for a humid and ugly summer. Ah, but autumn is the finest season in this land.

Be prepared for the humidity.

Humidity peaks in July, reaching 70-80 % nationwide. On the contrary, the lowest means of monthly humidity are 30-40 % in January and April. Meanwhile, the pleasant humidity of September and October contributes to a plentiful harvest.

I hate heat and summer.. I prefer the cold... I loved BC's climate, not cold in the winter and not overly warm in the summer.

Will This Year Be The Hottest Year in a Century?
Dr. James Hansen of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies predicted that 2005 could be the hottest year on record. Amid such circumstances, Koreans are uneasy about the early summer weather in the beginning of May.

Beginning of May? So that temperature at the end of April was nothing compared to what we'll get in the beginning of May? Shocked

After a rather long winter, and a spring that only lasted 3 weeks, it's gonna be a long summer - and that's the way I like it... Cool ...
