I started a similar thread in question and answers sometime back. The consensus seems to be that hygiene, TP, soap is pretty much hit and miss in washrooms here. It doesn't seem to matter if you work in a hagwon, uni or public school. I now have supplies in my office.

BTW...........you can now buy dial anti-bacterial luquid soap at Carrefour.

The other thing that makes me cringe are the dirty mops the kids in public schools are always carrying around, and doing some version of cleaning. I don't think they have ever seen a bit of soap or cleaner.

Oh well, just think of how we are building up our resistance to all pestilence known to mankind, and maybe some that aren't known. Let's keep eating that miracle food ..........Kimchi.

Two things I don't leave the door without: my packet of baby wetnaps and my little tupperware container of unused Starbucks napkins. Makes unplanned public bathroom use in Korea stress free.

("leave the door" Confused )

'Twas long ago that the Guru of Jongno learnt the ancient art of improvisation and mystical power of mind-over-bladder control from the Ancient Mystics. And now it's time to pass those secrets down to lil' Roman.
