Canada has pretty good sex education and it is shown in some recent statistics that reported that around 70 precent of teens use condoms. Korean usage of condoms is around 10%. also around 25% of univesity aged women have had abortions. I've also heard that the number of abortions in korea outnumber the number of live births.
I would say this constitutes as a major failure. |

| BTW nobody has really answered my question. Do any of the people who work in a middle school know what is being taught to the students? |
