That is awesome........for Korean readers that would be about as good as it gets.

Great. But what do maps have to do with bean sprouts?

http://www.mapid.net is worth the 2 minutes it takes to register. Just write your name in Korean and change the number from your ARC to make it look like you're Korean, i.e. 050719(your birthday)-1 or 2 (not 5)******

A bit of a pain to navigate and not wonderfully zoomable, but no registering, installation of software, or long loading times. Basically a road map, but useable:

but that's just seoul.

http://www.congnamul.com/ - is all of korea, focussing on seoul's gu, but it's all in korean. if someone can find a way to navigate it in english that would rule.

This is a great map....but useless on my mac!

a hard-copy map for people wanting clear road directions in english - provided to me by "bigfoot" off this site.

The map is titled: Tourist Guide Map
(In Red: Tourist Guide Map. Seoul, Busan, Gyeongju, Gongju, Buyeo, Jeju.)

Basically, it is a giant map of Korea on the front with city maps on the back. Very good map with all the main roads and terrain drawn in.

This is an awesome website . . . you can seriously zoom in on any area of Korea. (The placenames are listed in Korea, not English).
