| What's wrong with Arnold Schwarzenegger as governor of California? Californians have shot themselves in the foot by voting in so many citizen ballot initiatives that the government only has the power to use about 15% of the state budget. It would take a genius to solve any of the state's absurd self-inflicted problems with such a tiny amount of influence. Fortunately, Arnold is a genius. |
