Yeah.... aparently the Changwon city design was copied from the plans for Canberra.. The civil architect of Canberra -- {walter burrley?? Walter Griffen????) won quite a few awards for his vision...

The question is... As "well planned" as Canberra might be (and thats debatable- especially to anybody trying to figure out the whole roundabout system.....)would you really want to copy the most boring city in the world???
