For what it is worth, I have worked with one woman who was busted for teaching illegally. Immigration would have had two notches on their belt but the other one just happened to have had the day off at the time of the raid.

Actually, insurance companies tend to refer to this phenomenon as "poor judgement" rather than "risk taking."
