joe_doufu,
You've obviously never met Ya-ta boy. 'Starring' would be out of the question (sorry M). However, producing and/or directing could become a lucrative hobby... perhaps we could talk Hwajangsil Ajumma and Babayaga into a little girl-on-girl action? |

I've decided I have a year to crochet an afghan...so I'm working on that. Sorry, not a very interesting hobby! |

One of my other favorite hobbies is to hide from all the foreigners in my neighborhood. |

Before i got to korea, i was all excited to do some backyard astronomy. too bad: korea has a permanent cloud cover or something, i've never seen more than a handful of stars. i've even gone out of the city lights and into the country, but still, the cloudcover seems to be ever-present. has anyone here ever seen more than a handful of stars?

My hobby: browsing Dave's for lonely waegook boys who can cook up a treat. Ya-ta boy, are you spoken for? What are you like at housework? |

I'm hell on wheels in the kitchen and have been known to do OK in the bedroom (on alternate Tuesdays). The cleaning lady takes care of the rest of the house. She is disposable if the right offer is made. |

Zappa, your hobby is to hide from all the foreigners in your neighbourhood? How do you do that at McDonalds? That must be the highest challenge of your 'art de camouflage', haha. Behind a potted plant?
Forge, the best time for star viewing is now. Anyway, that's my opinion/what I've noticed. High blue skies, clear at night, air is clear and chill. Can see stars twinkle it's so clear. Really. It's a situation, these nights, where if you look harder more appear. Other times/seasons it's just a smattering. After one of the fall typhoons when the air's been scrubbed it's especially good.
My hobbies, besides hiding from all the foreigners in my neighbourhood, are personal, haha. |

Dear Flossie,
Our arrangement would not be exclusive. You are free to endulge yourself, alone or with company, on the other nights. Us Ya-ta Boys have other opportunities and obligations.
(I'm guessing you don't know what a Ya! Ta! Boy is. Ask an adult Korean.) |

I collect trains and planes. They're expensive, I have quite a few now because I started buying them about 6 years ago. The Locomotives can run anywhere between 90 to 130 bucks, NIB and they're electric locomotives. The Athern Genesis models can be a bit pricey. This is one I just bought a few months ago>
The planes can be equally expensive, especially Marushin.
Here's one I've bought that cost me almost 90 bucks, but the detail is unbelievable.
Marushin Mitsubishi Raiden J2M1 Type 21 (JACK) 1/48 scale

Don't worry, I know what kind of guy uses the term Ya! Ta!
What kind of 'wheels' do you use? |
