Well, it doesn't matter whether he was a dentist. The problem lies with
being retired. It's even difficult, if not impossible, for Koreans to start
teaching after 40. And the recent trend here has been hiring candidates
under the age of 30 if they're first-timers. But, your father isn't Korean
and if he accompanies your mom who happens to land a position because
of her credentials, he can seek employment in the meantime. I agree he'd
have a better chance of getting a job teaching adults, professionals or students
of the medical profession.  |
