I asked the Itawon KEB employee about that during our discussion and he said that the govt is worried about too much Korean Won leaving the country.
Of course, he did not agree with the govt.policy because foreigners with Korean credit cards can use said cards outside Korea; Korean Won is still leaving the country, so ". . . how does that make sense?" |

The first rule of New Fangled F-5 Permanent Resident Green Card/visa Club is, you do not talk about New Fangled F-5 Permanent Resident Green Card/visa Club.
The second rule of New Fangled F-5 Permanent Resident Green Card/visa Club is, you DO NOT TALK about New Fangled F-5 Permanent Resident Green Card/visa Club.
There is no New Fangled F-5 Permanent Resident Green Card/visa Club, sir. |
