Please do not be alarmed at the apparent over-representation of us Canucks. Coming as we do from a cold climate, we may have a lot of socks (and tuques).

American, from somewhere in that vast wasteland which seperates California from New York. (Those are the only two places that really matter, as we all know.)

I'm from Pu-lor-ida, though I did spend some time in an area of the US that no one's ever heard of. It's "near Washington".

United States of Hypocrisy
Born in the BX. (Bronx, NYC)
Lived the dirty. (New Jersey, Princeton actually, not really dirty there but hell, I have a hard time saying I am from Princeton without sounding pretentious.)

I'm from that country called 'In-Ger-Land', when there are 'soccer' tournaments going on. The rest of the time i'm from Blair's green and pleasant land Shocked .

If the results are less than 60% canadian i will have surprised myself.

Why are 'canadian' and 'asian' not capitalized like they should?

In any case, I'm Canadian but I've carried passports from a variety of countries (Switzerland, Norway, Danemark, US, UK, Russia, Israel, Jordan, South Africa,...). I could tell you why, but then I'd have to kill you.

We were all invited to click the poll, but it seems the Brits were asked to make a post also!

Posters on this thread to date:

British/English: 7
American: 6
Canadian: 3
Kiwi: 1
Aussie: 1
and one Canadian/Kiwi and one British/Canadian.

The VAST MAJORITY (almost all) the Brits who voted also felt the need to post a comment ( 7 of 8 ). Only a few Canadians ( a small fraction: 3 of 28 ) felt the need to post as well.

That is interesting! The sociologist in me has theories brewing.
