I would agree if we were talking about a uni job....but at a hogwan where they tell you not to give students grades below a B its just a joke! I gave out real grades based on my students abilities and was told to redo them...120 report cards. I asked why? They told me 'only A's and B's'
I told them to put whatever grades they wanted and whatever comments they wanted because I wasnt going to lie....last set of cards I had to do,  |
