| I don't think there'd be room for regular bread to rise in a toaster oven. I've made some kickass banana bread in mine though |

Well, some of the so-called toaster ovens here in Korea really are just elaborated toasters...
But I guess yours isn't.
If so, I don't see why you can't bake bread in it? |

Have you ever baked bread?????
bread tends to rise quite a lot during the baking process, and there absolutely wouldn't be room for that in any toaster oven I've ever seen |

The primary difference between these three flours is the amount of gluten (a protein) in the flours. Bread flour has more gluten than AP flour and AP flour has more gluten than cake flour. The more gluten in a flour the more structure and chewiness the final product will have.
When you compare the flours next to each other, the flour with more gluten will stick together more than a less glutinous flour. |

 = Automatic Bread Maker
You can find basic models for under W100,000 on Interpark.co.kr.
As an aside, all supposedly-whole wheat flour () in this country is not created equally. The only brand I'll buy is http://www.emart.co.kr/item/ItemInfoViewDtl.jsp?item_id=8809132321210&site_id=1&ctg_id=400651&shop_id= . |

E-mart is the only place around here that stocks it on a regular basis. Lotte Mart sometimes has the stuff in the orange and white bag, but I'd just as soon use plain white flour as that stuff. You can also buy online at http://www.300farm.com/bbshop/shop/view_class.php?class_id=30 . |
