On paper, it looks great! Who knows about reality? You provided very little as far as details go and we posted based upon that. Quite simply, there are a lot of factors to consider and the information isn't there.

Well, that's true about all positions. As I said before, I'm doing this as a favor for my employer so I don't know the other "factors" you are refering to.

Whoever does end up applying for this position, I'm going to make sure it is someone who has worked for a public school before and is familiar with the system.

I am 4 days from finishing my "after-school" program!

it was terrible!

The hours were good, but the students were terrible.. I had trouble with my pay being on time... and there was an utter lack of communication from the get-go. Halfway through my employment, my employers changed and the housing clause was removed, yet still covered, (apparently it was illegal for the school to give me an apartment)

My apartment has only one window, facing a building (which i can reach out and touch). It is under the Highway overpass, and is constantly dirty and noisy due to the traffic (its a major thoroughfare to Seoul)... Leaving the back of my building there are a plethora of "love motels" and "girly business cards" strewn here and there.

The whole year has been uneasy. Time will tell if the severence will be paid. They say yes, but I think maybe not! What recourse do I have if not... (i'm not even getting paid for this week)!!! but I have to come, because if i dont they said they will give me nothing...

Oh, the joys... At least I have a vacation to look forward to!
