Nope I am not kidding I beat the kids with a ruler until they cry. Then when that doesn't work I hit them with a chair. If they dare to whimper I get a running start and grab them by the scruff and hurl them out the door head first.

No point in tolerating bad behaviors. Get a large stick and thrash them with it repeatedly. The more the kids cries the more you need to whack him with the stick.

If you're trying to be funny I suggest you pick another source of amusement than the idea of hitting a kid with a chair.

If you're not trying to be funny please leave the teaching profession asap.

doh! im a sucker.

as for some kid grabbing my tallywhacker? I have no idea what i would do. I know I would be furious though. Maybe follow danthechainsawman's lead on that..... :twisted:

my director will discipline the kids, if i do have to take them out then they usually come back crying so a lot of the time the mere threat of it is enough to get them to behave, i'm much too soft on them though. we can discipline the students but with some of them its just in one ear and out the other, two seconds later they are back doing the same thing no matter how severe the punishment, one of my classes drives me mad that way because i'm running out of ways to control them (by them i mean two boys, the other six are grand) but its nice to have the director and other korean teachers around for backup
