Maybe this is a mutation in the direction of evolution.

If not, they should cut of the lower arm, since the higher one looks more natural up at the shoulder.

Just so he'll look normal?!! Evil or Very Mad Are you Korean? Everyone has to look the same Rolling Eyes .

This mutation is just the type of thing many scientists and medical researchers would like to study. Who knows what types of things they could discover from this boy and his fifth limb. The possibilities are limitless.

Yes, an unfortunate mutation. Maybe it is just a coincidence that he was born in the most polluted country on earth? Confused

Not a mutation. It's a vestigial twin.

Here's one of the most famous persons to have had a vestigial twin.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myrtle_Corbin

She earned 450$ a week working for PT Barnum, roughly 9000$ a week in today's money.

I'm guessing that the upper arm will have a greater chance of becoming functional. Do you oppose surgery to correct cleft palettes? separation of conjoined twins?

So much better. Lets poke and prod the poor kid for the rest of his life.

I knew some dimwitted person would say that. Where are you from? Let me guess.... Canada?

Oh, everyone should read that story:

Josephene Myrtle Corbin (1868-1927?) was born in Lincoln County, Tennessee in 1868. She was born a dipygus, meaning that she had two separate pelvises side by side from the waist down. Each of her smaller inner legs was paired with one of her outer legs. She was said to be able to move her inner legs, but they were too weak for walking.

Corbin entered the sideshow circuit with the moniker "Four-Legged Girl from Texas". At the age of 19 she married a doctor, Clinton Bicknell, and eventually gave birth to four daughters and a son. Three of her children were said to be born from one pelvis, and two from the other.

Myrtle Corbin is said to have died in 1927.

Um, yeah. Sure. If that makes you feel better about yourself. Lovely combo of the non sequitur and ad hominem, BTW. Let me guess... philosophy major?

Either learn to use your emoticons correctly, or explain why you think it would be good to make the kid a lab rat.

HTH HAND. Wink
