I write back and tell them Im going to do everything they ask. Then wait. Usually I get an email after about 4 days asking me why I havent done whats required. I say "Oh gosh, Im SO sorry, Ive just been really busy, let me get onto that RIGHT AWAY". Then leave it again. It's amazing how long you can keep them believing you're going to do it!
