Who are "the Norks"?

My intuition here tell me something likely DID happen on one of their secret recon flights, & now "the powers that be"
are simply trying to keep it quietly out of the world media. Outta sight, outta mind.

Maybe. But why do I have the feeling that if the Americans WERE saying that the plane had gone down, you'd be on here claiming that it's all a big hoax intended to justify some aspect of American foreign policy.
