Make sure the envelope is individually sealed (preferably a university envelope) and ask your university to STAMP them across the envelope seal. Your university (or someone working there) must have some stamp that they use for documents. It doesn't matter what it says (mine said "registrar"). If that can't be done, buy or make your own stamp and stamp it over the sealed envelope.
