Germany to win. Why? Cos I had a bet last year with a mate they would. The bet? Germany wins it and 100,000 won is mine. Any other team wins it? the cash is his.

After watching the Brazil-Ghana game and the Italy-Australia game it's clear that the winner of this years world cup was decided months ago in an office in Geneva.

England, France, Portugal, and Ukraine will be playing against 13 men in the forthcoming games.

Amen brother, if anyone has ever lived in Brazil as Tiger and I have, you would not want them to lose. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about Brazil...oh wait, the teaching salary, that's why I am here. But I, and I am sure I can speak for Tiger, we will be back.

For every 1 Korean women you think is hot, there are at least 10 hot, if not hotter, Brazilian women.

Brasil does have a few inflated egos (Roberto Carlos probably being the worst), but all in all, the team has much less hubris than their skill might otherwise warrant.

I'd like to see them play well, and if they lose to a team that has better skill, so be it. But if they lose to thugs knocking folks over, I'd be disappointed.

In general, Brasil have a lot less theatrics than the likes of France and Italy. Ukraine just blows and plays boring footy.

Namaste.

This reminds me of what my brother said of Brazil. He's an engineer who did a 1 year contract job in Brazil about 5 years ago. My brother always says that every young, single guy should live in Brazil for a year. He's a happily married guy back in Canada now, but I think he'll have a smile on his face in his old age when he thinks about that year in Brazil. After saying that, it would be nice to see someone else win the World Cup for a change.

I agree with 90% - would be 100% except for that World Cup part.. Twisted Evil

Yeah, 'single' is the key word there. Opposite-land down there.. the women feel like the pursuers. Its mind-boggling to go into a bar and try NOT to make eye contact.. the psychological mindtrip down there on a guy really puts the whole women-thing perspective into perspective to know what and how they think in all the rest of the world. You actually get a sense of what its like to be pursued. Not that I wasn't loving it every single minute I was there - because I was!

I'm a heterosexual female, and I think that's nice to hear. Korean women are certainly overrated.

Waah, Korean women won't pursue me and I don't know what to do. Every country has its own unique style and you need to adapt to that to get dates. Korea's a bit more subtle, that's all.

*makes mental note to visit Brazil ASAP*
