Looks like Worldside has finally met his intellectual match.

Or a coward.

No, a coward would run, shit his pants or go with guns ablazing, shooting everything up. Cowards, like their counterparts, Rambo red necks, don't have an "intelligence " button. They just react.

Much like your reactive retort to my words.

Nice try mitch. That tactic of turning your opponent into the thing he protests against is very common. Not too imaginative on your part. I'll tell you flat out I am not american. And I'll tell you I never paid for that iPod Smile Some idiot american backpacker must be wondering where he dropped it. Twisted Evil

Sure.

What I can't understand is how any American would believe that an occupation like this could happen without their troops committing any war crimes. What's come to the surface so far is probably just a fraction of what's actually gone on there.

Waterboarding? I'm for it. I guess it's a war crime.

Making the enemy wear panties on their head? Love it. I guess it's a war crime.

Sleep deprivation? Into it. War crime? Who knows?

Shaving beards and spanking asses? Seems ok to me. War crime? Probably.

Would you please explain how doing the above things would be more useful to acheiving the objective in Iraq than not doing them?

Would you please inform us what you think the objective in Iraq is?

Would you please inform us why you think it is wise that we are overturning long-standing military regulations in Iraq in order to do these things?

Would you please tell us how any of the above could be considered collecting intelligence, or how it could be justified by the results? I take it that by stating your position you believe the ends justify the means. Well, would you support your argument that the ends will ultimately justify the means?

Should you take the effort to seriously consider these questions, I will demonstrate why perfectly patriotic Americans are strongly against torture.

Our current policies have made it far worse then it had to be. The nature of the insurgency plays a role, as well.

But this crime is despicable and needs to be punished at the highest levels at which the guilty parties exist.
