I used to do the same thing two days a week. Though I didn't start until 3 or 4 in the afternoon unlike your 2pm. It sucked! I rarely got more than a couple of hours sleep before the early morning class on the days I had it. Mine paid 50,000 but I wouldn't do it again unless I finished earlier in the evenings. I only did it because my boss begged me to do it (the other two foreigners had already taught it for a while and were sick of it). Wouldn't do it again unless it was like 2hrs at a time to make decent money. 100k a week doesn't cut it, but maybe 200k would..

Geez, I'm only getting 30,000 per teaching hour. I teach 1.5 classes each time thus the 45,000.

Same with me. It's almost impossible to get any sleep before you start the early morning.

2 mg Lorazapam (brand name-- Ativan)

(it's a benzo in the same class as Valium, etc.) --great liitle pills actually for anxiey conrol, but real charmers when it come to sleeping sound and waking up feeling great.

WARNING: Only take them short term until you can get a beter schedule or something; they can be highly addictive.

They are great for international travel as well.

But seriously, BE CAREFUL with these things if your try them.

Ativan is the brand name for Lorazepam, an anti-anxiety agent. Ativan is a benzodiazepine and mild tranquilizer, sedative, and central nervous system (CNS) depressant. Ativan is very addictive. Ativan can cause psychological and physical addiction. Individuals develop an addiction to Ativan because it produces feelings of well-being. Once an individual has developed an addiction to Ativan they will often get multiple prescriptions from different doctors to support their addiction. Ativan activates the brains reward systems. The promise of reward is very intense, causing the individual to crave more Ativan and to focus his or her activities around taking the drug. The ability of Ativan to strongly activate brain reward mechanisms and its ability to chemically alter the normal functioning of these systems is what produces an addiction to Ativan. Ativan also reduce a persons level of consciousness, harming the ability to think or be fully aware of present surroundings.Withdrawal symptoms, similar in character to those noted with barbiturates and alcohol have occurred following abrupt discontinuance of Ativan. The more severe withdrawal symptoms have usually been limited to those patients who received excessive doses over an extended period of time.

Ativan Withdrawal symptoms include but are not limited to:

insomnia
ringing in the ears
shaking
tremors
sweating
nausea
convulsions
abdominal and muscle cramps
vomiting

A joint would be the perfect thing.

I'm not really into taking medicine or anything of the like. I really don't want to take something to help me sleep. It's probably just a mind over matter thing for me and less coffee consumption that'll help.
