Nah,
Look at her left leg and her right arm. Too fat. Is she a foreigner?
Some of those chinese birds were better though they're probably getting on a bit now though. What with those paintings being 70 odd years old and all. |

Too fat??! That, my friend, is a woman's body. It has curves, it is hot.
I'll never understand those who prefer women with the bodies of prepubescent girls to good old t+a.... |

Getting back to the hawtest 2-dimensional chick posters for a moment, here's my personal favourite.

Yes, I have mounted (haw!) and framed many of the chick posters. As to their condition, I'd say they range from "good" to "fine", though a very few (3 out of 40?) having a small tear or a deep crease that runs from left to right. That was the condition they were in when I bought them. Luckily, those tears or creases are (I think) in every case at the very top or bottom edges, and aren't conspicuous when the posters are matted or framed.
General Appearance
They look their age. These aren't new reprints but were produced 30 years ago, so they show the usual signs of aging that you'd expect, like yellowing on the back and some tarnishing of the metal strips along the top & bottom borders. These minor blemishes don't diminish the appearance of the actual poster art.
Not as sharp. Being reprints, they're just not going to be as crisp in the fine detail as the originals. Many posters have product descriptions along the sides and in the corners, and it's often impossible to make out the small print because it's blurred. I was curious to know what it said, so I've tried to contact owners of the originals and ask them to read (or get some Chinese person to translate) the small print, or ask them to photocopy/scan parts of their posters and send them to me. A real hassle.
Damned Dark. The reprints are darker than the originals and often a lot darker. This is unfortunate because you lose much of the brilliance and bold colours of the original artwork. The difference can be so stark that on occasion I've gazed in amazement at some dazzling original and then realised a moment later that I actually own the reprint of it. Whether the Chinese who produced the reprints in the 1970s didn't have the competence or the simple regard to get this key aspect right, I don't know. Perhaps it was technically impossible. But it is my single biggest gripe with the reprints, and it's what ultimately motivated me to seek out originals. |

Yeah, that one's saucy. Makes me want to move to China and find a chick like that. Ah, to be a young and foolish teenager obsessed with China again...
That looks like the coolest fucking movie ever. Mohawk tomahawk weilders, demons, creepy goblins on cell phones...awesome! |

She is a Korean actress named Kim Ok-bin. You can check her other pics on her Cyworld. She knows some Hapkido, Taekowndo and Mueythai.
다세포 소녀 (Dasepo(multicellular) Girl) is her latest movie. It's based on a series of very wicked web cartoons. |

Last time in Fukuoka(not fuk-u-ova as my mother pronounces it)I picked up some Sapporo publicity posters from the last pub I was at near Hakata station.
They were originally made during WW1 but recently reprinted really nicely on decently thick cartridge paper.
If someone can enlighten me as to how to put them here,I'll do so. |

And the prize for worst association between the subject of a website and its background music goes to...
But how "wicked" will Ok-Bin be getting in this movie? |

I agree with Whitebeagle. She's got an awesome bod. I'm sorry, but a woman's gotta have curves. I can't stand the anorexic, model look. |
