OP- "Problem sloved...." ??? Better think twice! You are thinking much too logically. This thread seemed to slipping away...so, before you leave the country on vacation...know that the "re-entry permit" (multiple or single) stamped on your "original" visa expired and is not re-newed along with the visa. Read the previous post....you will making a visa run (at your own expense) if you don't get a new re-entry permit that matches the date of your renewd visa.

Sorry. What I meant was, yes, I have to go get the stamp at the immigration office. I'll be taking care of that soon. Thank you, everyone, for helping.

From what I know, your multiple entry is gone when you renew. If you leave without ensuring you have a re-entry permit then you will have to do another visa run.

You can get your re-entry permit at the airport the day you leave. Go an hour or two earlier and save yourself a headache and a lot of unnecessary expense.

What he said.

You definitely need to get another stamp.. If the long lines at Mok-Dong don't appeal to you, head up to the one in Uijeongbu (2-3 minute walk behind Uijeongbu station).. lines are always shorter...
